Our philosophy of quality control is to build quality into the very beginning stage
by CP (Control Plan) during quotation instead of sorting out defects at the end of
operation.

PMP has modern equipments and qualified engineers capable of performing:
spectrum chemical analysis, tensile testing, impact test, hardness test,
microstructure, X-ray detection, ultrasonic detection, penetrate flaw detection ,
leakage test and surface roughness test.
In recent years, PMP's quality assurance system has been accredited to
ISO-9001: 2008, PED 97/23/EC (CE mark) and German AD 2000-Merkblatt W0.

Typically, PMP performs a 100% visual inspection and other inspections according to customers’ requirement and all our goods are delivered with EN 10204 -3.1B certificate without extra charge. There’s melt number on each casting for permanent traceability.

More and more companies are looking for offshore manufacturing for less piece price, especially from China. This is absolutely right if you are not counting hidden costs.
Unfortunately most of them have unpleasant experience of poor received goods quality and/or irresponsible manner of doing business with their offshore uppliers.

We don’t want to fight with our customers over price.
